How to breast wild ducks (Part 1)
Rob Greco Jr from L.I. Outdoorsman demonstrates a quick and easy way to prepare wild ducks. Step 1: partially pluck the breasts while afield. Step 2: remove skin while birds are cold. Step 3: cut away the breasts Step 4: soak in water to remove blood. Step 5: marinate and cook or freeze.
